Free shipping is available Australia-wide. Orders dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery within 5-9 business days.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including customs delays, carrier disruptions, peak periods, or adverse weather conditions.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at pawrestore@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. PawRestore is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
