We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of receiving your order, please contact our support team at pawrestore@gmail.com to begin the returns process.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in reasonable condition, including all original components and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or order number) must be provided.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at no additional cost.
12-Month Product Warranty
All PawRestore products are backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers faults resulting from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper use, or unauthorised modifications.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions.
If you believe your product is faulty during the warranty period, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos where applicable.
If approved, we may provide a replacement product, replacement parts, store credit, or another suitable remedy.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel.
